SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Currently, Hamilton and Morris Candlemakers only deliver within the UK.

For orders more than £50, we offer our customers free delivery. For all other orders, we operate a flat rate delivery charge of £2.95 per order. Our orders are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class. All consignments are insured.

Your order will be despatched by Hamilton and Morris within 3 working days. Royal Mail aim to have your parcel delivered within 3-5 days, although this is not guaranteed.

Where the item is a gift, we offer to include a handwritten Hamilton and Morris card. Simply confirm the message in the notes section at checkout. We can also retain the invoice rather than send it with the gift.

Hamilton and Morris make every effort to reduce our waste. We recycle packaging materials from our suppliers and use them in our own customer consignments.

We also operate a collection service for those living within the local Dunfermline area. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. Collections are from our studio at 120 McBaith Way, Dunfermline, KY11 8YY.

We strive to ensure you fall in love with your Hamilton and Morris product. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 28 days to return it.

Returned goods must be in unused condition & in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return costs. Returned goods should be sent to Hamilton and Morris Candlemakers at 120 McBaith Way, Dunfermline, KY11 8YY. We will then issue an exchange or refund, whichever you have chosen.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
